How to Use Multiple Headers and Footers in a Single Document.
Yes, it is well-known to check "different first page," however, that does NOT midrosoft the header on subsequent pages go away. It just leaves them as blank headers. I am working with a tiny wallet sized card and need all the room on the second page that is available.
After inserting your First Page Header, set the header margin to 0" and the top margin to a small amount. You may need to add some Spacing Before to the First Page Header so that it will print and some Spacing After so that it doesn't run microaoft the document body. Alternatively, if you're working with a wallet-sized card that has only two fisrt pagesthen you could omit the First Page Header entirely and just type the text at the top of the first microsoft word 2013 header only on first page free, having set the top margin to a small amount.
